2007 round up

best moment of the year: "All Hell Break Lose" night with at Bentley's (120 clients, best wines ever, panic and laugh)

worst moment of the year: the night of the failed terrorist attack at the the tiger tiger club with Maxime failing to understand that everybody could die from a moment to another because he drank too much alcohol while his manager is pissing on the bar. (on a plus side, didn't have a hangover)

sadest moment: quitting London (Eurostar.)

best movie of the year: Ichkéri Kenti
second movie: 4 months, 3 weeks and 2 days
third movie: On the Yangzee

movies seen this year (that I haven't saw before): about 70. far far away from the 200s of earlier years.

People I discovered this year who actually made 2007 better: Robin, Judith, Kelly, Élisa, Frédérique, Deniz, Hande, Duc ("disovered" being key word), Andrea, Thibault, Kingue, Francois and Mitch/Per/Duncan/Naveen (of course!) and Megan, obviously.

Best moments in London:
- Gunners-Spurs in a pub in Holloway.
- taking those pictures
- Geos' morning classes. oh boy did I laugh.
- Discovering, alone, the ecletic joys of Soho.
- All the nights at the BFI and Nothing Hill Gate. especially Rome, Open City with Élisa. will never forget.
- being at Earls Court station with Judith, waiting for her train.
- Camdem, canals and Regent Park walking with Geos friend.
- the Fabric. oh. oh. oh. yeah!
- first night as a Sommelier in the Bentley's ogre.
- Tate Modern and British Museum
- Repainting the chairs at Bentleys in the middle of the service
- Last night at Bentley's, with all the suprises prostitutes and coke around. Now that was strange.
- Rainy night where I spent 4 hours just watching London throught the glass of a double-decker. this is when i really felt in love with the thing.
- Edimburgh.

Best moments in Montréal:
- I LOVE NEON new years eve 2006. What a way to start a year, with Boys Noize and Tommie Sunshine killing everybody on the dancefloor.
- Bjork Concert !
- Chelsea - Arsenal at Gordon's place. man i wish i could do that again.
- The whole Megan process was hyper hyper fun until...well, it's still fun I guess.
- Festival du Nouveau cinema. 2 weeks, seen about 15 movies (or even more). Some horrible shitty movie, some aaaamazing stuff.
- Dieu du Ciel. first time we acted
the jews.
- When I came back. it felt good for a week. really really good. now i have mindaches and want to go to Europe again.
- Rugby World Cup. We lost. but not the game against the All-Blacks. which has hyper awesome.
- Crossing the bridge with Thomas at fuckin 200 km/h with the Phones'Heinrich Maneuver remix on.

Deceptions:
- Thomas stopping music. and Shit Musik Kills Kitty. (he is back on track)
- Interpol new album
- the rent in London

- I Love Neon attacked by techtonic kids.


Not forgetting that i travelled to Paris, beautiful as always and New York, exciting as always.

Things to do in 2008:
- Fly to Germany ASAP
- Be on professional movie set
- More pictures, more pictures
- Start a decent collection of wines.
- have myself a c.a.c for a little while. (canadian.accessible.cheerfull)

New Year Resolutions ? f*** them ! it's a day after day matter.
